1. Fan Art — Not Official Merchandise
All products sold by FanArt Cards are original fan art trading cards created by independent artists. FanArt Cards is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the NBA, any NBA team, or any individual player. Player names and likenesses depicted in fan art are used for artistic and commentary purposes only. These are not official licensed products.
2. All Sales Final
Due to the collectible and custom-made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. See our Refund Policy for details on damaged or defective items.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Custom trading cards are made to order. Please allow the following estimated timeframes:
- Production time: approximately 1–2 weeks from order confirmation.
- Shipping time: approximately 1–2 weeks depending on your location within Australia or internationally.
- Total estimated delivery: 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase.
- These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to production demand, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, and card layouts are the original creative work of FanArt Cards and its contributing artists. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any of our designs without express written permission. Purchasing a card grants you ownership of the physical item only — not the underlying artwork or intellectual property.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Your order is confirmed at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, FanArt Cards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
