Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes — dealer accounts require a minimum opening order of $250 AUD. Subsequent orders have a $100 minimum.
How are wholesale prices structured?
Base dealer pricing is 45% off retail. Volume tiers unlock further discounts at $500, $1,000, and $2,500+ monthly spend.
Can I resell on any platform?
Dealers may sell on approved platforms listed in the dealer agreement. Reselling on Amazon is not permitted. All other major platforms are fine.
How long does approval take?
Applications are reviewed within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email with your decision and, if approved, your dealer onboarding pack.
