Seller Terms & Conditions

1. Original Artwork Only

All cards listed on FanArtCards.com must be original fan art created by the seller. Replica cards, counterfeit cards, licensed reproductions, or any card that copies the design of an officially licensed trading card are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

By listing a card, you confirm that you are the original creator of all artwork on that card and that you hold the rights to sell it.

2. Platform Commission

FanArtCards.com charges a platform commission on each sale. The default commission rate is 20% of the sale price. Your individual commission rate is displayed in your seller dashboard and may be adjusted by FanArtCards.com at any time with 14 days notice.

Your earnings (sale price minus commission) are displayed in your dashboard for each order.

3. Dispatch Requirements — 48-Hour Rule

You must dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment confirmation. This is a strict requirement.

• You must upload a dispatch photo and tracking number within 48 hours of the order being placed.
• Failure to dispatch within 48 hours will result in a warning email.
• Repeated breaches or failure to respond to warnings will result in account suspension.
• FanArtCards.com reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that are not dispatched within 72 hours.

4. Payout Policy

• Funds are held for 7 days after dispatch confirmation (tracking + photo uploaded).
• After 7 days, funds clear and become available for payout.
• Payouts are processed manually by FanArtCards.com to your nominated bank account, PayID, or PayPal.
• You must have valid payout details saved in your account to receive payment.
• FanArtCards.com is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payout details.
• Payouts may be withheld if there are open disputes, refund requests, or policy breach investigations.

5. Card Approval

All card listings are subject to approval by FanArtCards.com before going live. We reserve the right to reject any listing that:

• Contains replica or counterfeit artwork
• Uses copyrighted imagery without permission
• Is of insufficient quality or does not meet our standards
• Violates any applicable laws

You will be notified by email if your card is rejected, with a reason provided.

6. Pricing

Sellers set their own prices. The minimum price for any card is $10.00 AUD. FanArtCards.com reserves the right to set a maximum price limit at any time.

7. Shipping

Sellers are responsible for all shipping costs and packaging. Cards must be packaged appropriately to prevent damage in transit. FanArtCards.com is not liable for cards damaged or lost in transit.

Buyers' shipping addresses are provided to sellers for the sole purpose of fulfilling orders. Seller addresses must not be used for any other purpose.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

FanArtCards.com may suspend or terminate your seller account for:

• Listing replica or counterfeit cards
• Repeated failure to dispatch within 48 hours
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of buyers or platform staff
• Any breach of these terms

Upon termination, any cleared funds owed to you will be paid out within 30 days, minus any amounts owed for refunds or disputes.

9. Buyer Protection

FanArtCards.com may issue refunds to buyers in cases of non-delivery, significant item not as described, or seller non-compliance. In such cases, the refund amount may be deducted from the seller's pending or future earnings.

10. Amendments

FanArtCards.com reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Sellers will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
